The WIP line of self-adhering roofing underlayments is designed to provide enhanced protection for single-ply systems when applied around roof areas such as eaves, ridges, valleys and skylights. EZ-Flash is a 20-mil self-adhering flashing that is designed to provide easy application and superior protection from moisture and air penetration. EZ-Flash can be used to flash around window and door openings, over wall sheathing joints, as well as many other flashing applications.

DensGlass® Sheathing disrupted the way commercial buildings are designed over 30 years ago, and now DensElement® Barrier System continues that legacy of innovation by integrating 3 products in one: gypsum sheathing, water-resistive barrier and air barrier. AquaKor™ Technology creates the WRB-AB within by integrating the fiberglass mat and gypsum core to form a monolithic, hydrophobic surface that blocks bulk water but allows vapor to pass through, eliminating the need for a separate WRB-AB.

The ForceField® air and water barrier system consists of engineered wood sheathing panels which are laminated with a proprietary air and water barrier. The panels install just like standard OSB or plywood sheathing. Once installed and taped with ForceField seam tape, the system creates an integrated air and water barrier for your structure, eliminating the need for separate house wrap. When you do away with this step it helps save you time and labor costs, which ultimately lowers your total installed costs. The ForceField system is ideal for residential or light commercial construction.

 

JM Ice and Water Guard™ is a self-adhering membrane composed of rubberized asphalt roofing sheet with a strong inorganic glass mat for reinforcement. SureGrip™ is used under shingles, slate, shakes and tiles. It prevents leaks and damage to decking and internal structures from wind blown rain and water backup due to ice dams. SureGrip™ is also used as a vapor barrier for roofs, walls and floors.

PermaPro and PermaWrap are woven polypropylene fabrics, microperforated for proper moisture transmission consistency.  Semi-translucent and lightweight for easy installation, 12 – 15 perms, with up to 6 months of UV protection.  Upgrade to PermaWrap for increased durability with higher tensile and tear strength. WaterShed house wraps are non-woven, non-perforated breathable polypropylene material, with a CLAF® mesh, multi-directional drainage plane.  Lightweight for easy installation with up to 6 months of UV protection. Available in Low Perm (15 Perms), High Perm (55 Perms) and Commercial (35 Perms). Custom logo available upon request.

LeakBarrier Door and Window Tape is ideal for sealing around window and door penetrations, corner boards, wall tie-ins, sheathing panel seams, under masonry and stucco and other detail areas.

LeakBarrier ValleyFlash is designed for use under composition shingles, shake applications, all types of tiles, as well as in metal roofing applications.

Asphalt Organic Base Sheets are manufactured from premium quality organic mat, saturated and coated with high-grade asphalt and lightly coated with a mineral release material.
